Mark Human
President, Chief Executive Officer
Mark is a United States Air Force Veteran Technologist with over 29 years of experience integrating and implementing secure enterprise IT solutions with customers in the Department of Defense and in the commercial industry. Mark has a vision of being focused on meeting customers’ needs while ensuring their most important assets are protected. As a leader who continually challenges himself and his team, bringing in new and high demand technology areas for certifications and education such as AWS Architect training, CDMP, CIMP, CISSP, PMP and Cybersecurity Technology training.Mark gives back to the community as an active member of Air Force Communications and Electronics Agency (AFCEA), Technology First, Salute Military Golf Association (SMGA) Wounded Veterans and Dayton Special Olympics. He mentors a Native American Small Disadvantaged 8a Company’s Business Development Lead and Project Manager, helping them build relationships across the Air Force community and local area. Mark leads by example and creates a culture that provides client delivery, consultation, and business development.
Chris Manier
Director of Operations
Chris Manier is the Vice President of Operations at HumanIT Solutions, LLC, where he serves with a team of business innovators, strategic partners and technologists dedicated to spearheading strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution across all facets of the organization to ensure seamless customer delivery. With over 15 years of experience in contracts and operations management, Chris has a proven track record of optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Before joining HumanIT, Chris held key leadership roles at Altamira Technologies Corporation and Peerless Technologies Corporation, where he was instrumental in implementing innovative solutions that significantly improved operational efficiency and customer delivery. He also served on the Board for the NCMA Dayton chapter. His expertise spans across government contract management, program management, financial management, supply chain management, process improvement, and strategic planning, enabling him to deliver exceptional results in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and an MBA from Wright State University and is a certified Federal Contract Manager. He is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and fostering a culture of employee and customer engagement while continuously improving to drive business growth. Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and coaching his sons in basketball, tennis, and soccer, which he believes contributes to a balanced and innovative approach to leadership.

David Garcia
Director of Business Development
David is an experienced business development executive with over 26 years of experience. He leverages his expertise in technical intelligence, program management, and complex system integration to drive growth within the C5ISR, IT, and Business Process Management sectors. As Director of Business Development, Dave excels at identifying and securing high- value opportunities. His deep understanding of government buying histories, combined with his adeptness at strategic planning and collaboration, allows him to cultivate strong relationships and tailor solutions to meet specific federal needs. Dave’s record includes leading the successful growth of a $960M Air Force intelligence program, managing multiple $70M+ software development & operations programs, and demonstrating expertise across diverse areas like information technology, technical intelligence, aircraft & space systems, and Appian BPM and MicroStrategy BI platforms. Dave is committed to driving strategic growth within the DoD and building lasting partnerships, and consistently delivers customer- focused solutions, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met or exceeded. Justin serves as the Director of Technical Engineering. He has spent the last 20+ years ensuring software delivery meets mission needs. He now leads software engineering teams to ensure consistent technical delivery and growth for our employees.
Through his time in the defense sector Justin has worked with organizations such as DARPA, AFRL, and AFMC to push the edges of possible. He excels in applying new technologies and cloud architectures to existing process. Justin is passionate about creating a collaborative engineering culture, while solving complex challenges.
Mickey Fernandez
Director of Cyber Security
United States Marine Corps Veteran with an extensive background within the Cyber Security field. I have spent the past 19 years providing technical and managerial oversight of various information assurance programs enabling various organizations to reduce residual risk to acceptable levels. One primary area of focus has been maintaining compliance with required Federal (NIST), NSA and DoD guidance, as well as ISO 270001. I have a diverse background and extensive experience in creating and managing information security assurance and risk management programs. I have demonstrated my ability to oversee security policy, planning & governance activities; as well as managing day-to-day IT Security Operations.
